Join us for a creative gathering where art becomes a practice of self care. In this Women’s Wellness Art Group, we’ll slow down, connect, and create a heart shaped beaded wire sun catcher, a symbol of resilience and self compassion. 💕 No prior art experience is needed. This is a welcoming, supportive space to explore creativity, enjoy mindful art making, and be in community with other women. Come as you are and leave with a handmade suncatcher and a lifted spirit.
